Implement the P/FFO metric and the Dividend Payout Ratio based on AFFO for REITs

Step by step, we’re adding these reference tips across the entire project to make your experience even more convenient.

This is a comprehensive task where we review the calculations behind every metric on the site to make sure everything is accurate and correct. This time, our focus is on checking the main dashboard and the Dividends tab—covering Dividend Growth, Dividend Yield, Payout Ratio, CAGR, P/E, and more.

We put a lot of focus on data quality, but speed is just as important. Knowing how critical this is, we regularly revisit this area to fine-tune and optimize performance—making sure the app always runs at its best. Right now, we’re deep into this process again, and we’ve already achieved great results!

Launch dedicated filters in the screener to quickly separate common stocks from preferred shares

Would it be possible to add something about weather a distribution is qualified or non-qualified as the tax implications are becoming a consideration in my portfolio. The more qualified in the portfolio the lower the tax hit here. Thank you for your time and consideration you and your team put in to the program.

On the scanner it'd be cool if there was an option that had 5 or 10 year dividend growth percentage. For example i could scan for Dividend CAGR 5Y of say 10%.

The ability to export portfolio data, strategies, and screener search results to an Excel/CSV file.

We plan to add several color themes to the app, allowing you to choose the best one for you and customize the app to your preference.

We’re moving to our own dedicated domain and launching an independent MaxDividends app separate from BeatMarket. This step will give us more flexibility, better performance, and enhanced features tailored specifically for dividend investors.

We thought it would be convenient to add these outstanding dividend companies to the lists using the MaxDividends Top Stocks template. Very soon, these companies will be available as separate lists in the MaxDividends app and via a direct link.

Add a feature to show the weekly stock price returns for the HeatMap. We are also working to ensure that the map sections are filled with as much data as possible for better experience.
